The Village Hall is held in Trust for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Upton with Fishley without distinction of political, religious or other opinions.  Uses include meetings, lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

Ian Scowen is chair of a group of 13 volunteer Trustees who manage Upton Village Hall on behalf of the community.
